Covid-19: Willow Update

At Willow we use evidence based treatments and work from a harm reduction perspective. Our priority is to ensure that all our clients are treated with dignity, respect and kindness.
During these challenging times our clients’ remain our primary concern.

In light of rapidly changing events and guidance we are no longer able to offer face-to-face counselling however in order to stay in touch with both new and existing clients a phone service is currently being offered. Please call 087 719 2139 to make an appointment.

The HSE has announced that they aim to get all clients awaiting methadone maintenance onto a maintenance programme promptly in order to minimise their risks to self and to others in the current Covid-19 crisis. If you would like assistance in accessing a HSE assessment please call 087 719 2139.

We are monitoring all developments on the Coronavirus front, news and recommendations from HSE, the Government and the WHO to ensure best-practice.

As always our clients’ treatment and safety remain our main concern and we are taking these steps to ensure that our clients can continue to receive the highest level of care in the safest possible environment and to ensure staff safety. We thank you for the trust placed in us at this time and we are confident that we have the expertise to face the challenges presented at this time.
